2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed after agreement via email, WhatsApp, or another communication channel.

Payment terms will be agreed individually. We reserve the right to request full or partial payment in advance.

3. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the booking agreement.

In general:

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellation within 14 days: up to 100% of the booking amount may be charged

4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated after booking confirmation.

5. Use of Property
Guests must treat the property with care.

  • No parties or excessive noise
  • No damage to the property
  • The number of guests must match the booking

6. Liability
We are not liable for:

  • personal injury
  • loss or damage of personal belongings

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.
